If you're ordering NIMA, you can see if FedEx services your country here. For all other merchandise, here's USPS' list of international service disruptions.
To check the price of shipping, you can enter your address (make sure it's correct!) on the checkout page. You will not be charged until you officially place your order.
Please be aware of your country's customs + duty fees that may be applied to your order upon receipt. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Your order is likely being held in customs as the duty fee will have to be paid prior to delivery. Be sure to reach out to your country's FedEx customer service number (this can be found with a quick Google search!) with your tracking number at hand. Also check the spam folder of your inbox to see if they reached out to you via email.
They will only hold your package for 5 business days.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your merchandise to be processed and packaged. We're a very small team of 2-3 people (not including Milo!) individually handling many orders!
Due to COVID-19, please expect delays in shipping. Once your order is PROCESSED (see above question), it'll take:
✦Domestic: 2-10 business days
✦International: 1 week-4 months*
*NIMA books will arrive faster as they're shipped via FedEx. It will take about a week to arrive for international orders, and 2 days for domestic.
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped! Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Shipping notifications are automatically sent out, but if you haven't received an order confirmation email or any tracking information, let us know!
